solid stay near canal d'amour
quiet poolample sunbedsgood foodhard bed
I found the location excellent. it was very close to canal d'amour, and a nice cafe was right opposite the hotel. the pool area was great. It was nice and quiet with lots of sunbeds. food was good though duplicated sometimes.
the beds were hard for me. the kids beds didn't have mattresses, they had sofa cushions. the wi-fi in the rooms was very slow, a hassle.

The reception staff was friendly and helpful. they assisted with car rentals. one employee offered excellent assistance. Nothing was too much to ask from them. service was good.

The rooms were clean and had everything needed. i had a two-floor apartment. It was well laid out. the apartment seemed new and comfortable. Its cleanliness was amazing. The design looked amazing

The food was very tasty and diverse, though the choices were a little limited for all-inclusive guests. breakfast had plentiful options. The dinner options were good! the hotel features a la carte dining with great views.

the pool was large, though it clouded over and developed a fishy smell after a few days, this was adressed by the staff. the hotel has a gym, it seemed very dated and had yoga mats piled high in a corner. this was unexpected.

low water pressuretired decor
I had issues with the shower. The water pressure was low and there was NO hot water in the evenings. Trying to shower was a frustrating experience after a long day (and i expected more for the price). The hotel generally needs some tlc. It looks tired and worn, definitely not matching the photos I saw online.

convenient locationattentive staffgenerous drinks
the location proved very convenient, being a short walk from canal d'amour. staff members were generally attentive, especially at the main pool bar. i appreciated the availability of pool towels and the provision of sunbeds near the main pool. the all-inclusive package included a good selection of alcoholic drinks, that was a treat.
I found that some areas of the hotel could benefit from more regular maintenance. Some tiles were loose.

The staff demonstrated friendliness and professionalism, except for one bartender whose service improved over time. This contributed positively to the experience, I thought. Alexandra was attentive.

The restaurant offered lovely food choices, and i found greek dishes to be particularly excellent. I appreciated the coffee frappes! the food was tasty. Meals provided good value relative to other hotels.

The hotel benefits from its proximity to the beach and canal d'amour. The location provides lovely views. The site is close to canal d'amour. The beach is accessible.

The pool area was generally quiet and provided enough sunbeds. Each housing complex includes its own private pool, accessible 24/7, located directly in front of guest rooms! the gym was ok. There were plenty of sunbeds.
